MEET THE OWNER

Ragab Rashwan, the visionary owner of our food truck, hails from Egypt, where his passion for culinary arts first took root. He began his journey in his homeland, mastering the rich and diverse flavors of Egyptian cuisine. Seeking to share his heritage with a broader audience, Ragab moved to New York, where he started his first food venture in 2010. After successfully captivating the palates of New Yorkers, he expanded to New Jersey. In 2014, Ragab brought his expertise and love for authentic Egyptian food to Nashville, Tennessee. His dedication to high-quality ingredients and traditional recipes, combined with a modern twist, has made our food truck a local favorite.
